Returns & Exchanges

At Dr Browns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Dr Browns account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into the original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
